Ernie Lansford is an experienced Musicial Instrument/Pro Audio industry sales executive who is currently on assignment with LOUD Technologies as Director of Sales–North America. Lansford leads a group of 15 independent sales rep firms representing LOUD’s family of brands (Mackie Designs, Alvarez Guitars, Crate Amps and AMPEG Bass Amps).
Lansford’s expertise is varied, having held middle and senior sales management position with both high-profile and newly launched companies.
As a sales leader-executive, Lansford has lead sales organizations of inside and outside sales reps. He has developed successful compensation and incentive sales programs resulting in goal achievement.
Lansford has planned and directed national and international sales meetings and trade shows with success. He is recognized as a leader of professional development programs by his peers and professional development consultants outside the Mi/Pro industry,
As an author, Lansford’s Op-Ed articles were published in Music Inc Magazine, Pro Sound News and IAG America Dealer Newsletter.
